Service and Workshop Cancellation Policy
By purchasing services and workshops you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All sales are final. No refunds permitted. It is recommended that you contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

Please be advised that a 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to receive a full credit. Full payment will be charged for the session if you cancel within 24 hours from the time of the session.
Due to limited seating, you are requested to cancel at least one week before a scheduled class/workshop to receive a full credit at Inner Journey Reiki. No credits for cancellations within a one week period.
If appointment and course price adjustments occur during the time you are rescheduling your cancellation, you will be required to pay the difference in the price change.
Note: 5% GST will be added to all Canadian purchases.
